Thanks to our High Tensile Strength and our reduced elongation (6%), our vineyard wire VINAL-CLOS® will offer you more usable meters in coils of 25 kg than a heavily galvanized wire.
You will obtain important savings per hectare installed in association with our High Quality of trellising wire.

	OUR WIRE FOR VINEYARDS IS PACKED ON EUROPALLET FROM 20 COILS. EACH COIL WEIGHTS 25 KGS. OUR WIRE FOR VINEYARD IS AUTOMATICALLY MEASURED.
	Our wire is supplied in anticlockwise cheesewound coils: Our coils feed from the top down to the bottom and back up to the top cylinder shape.
	We developped this new product thanks to our unique process and offers a nice quality surface finish, well adapted for noble coatings such as high chrome plating finish surface, nickel-plating or gold plating.

•  Galvanized wire for Industry                           

The wire is produced by a unique innovative in-line hot galvanizing process,     

for which SNTN holds the exclusive license for Europe. It provides excellent

deformation properties for bending and forming operations without peeling off

the zinc coating. The wire is available in a diameter as from 2 up to 14 mm

- Results of comparative testing underline a higher corrosion resistance of our

galvanized wire than a standard hot dipped galvanized wire.

- Moreover our zinc coating offers a high protection in isolating the steel from

outside environment but as well in protecting damaged surfaces thanks to the

galvanic nature of the zinc layer.
