AGROFIL

"AGROFIL"® - Wires for vineyards.

Cable composed by 3 or 7 threads of a league of special steel, galvanized to 3% and subsequently dressed again to warm in PVC antifreeze and anti UV. In 8 different measures is produced for covering every specific demand of the agriculturist. Its main qualities are:
1) LIGHTNESS
AGROFIL has a development from 3 to 5 times superior to that of the thread of traditional iron with which is compared. This not only relieves whatever plant, but it decreases the times of realization of the same and the labour of the workers. It can be assembled without need of "cicchetti": 200 mt. of AGROFIL 2 weigh only 3,6 kg., against the 18,7 of the correspondent in iron.
2) RESISTANCE
AGROFIL has loads of breakup guaranteed and on purpose studied for every type of plant.
3) TENACITY
AGROFIL has an extension reduced, normally inclusive among 1,5 and 3% (against a 10-20% of the various types of iron thread) according to the model and of the weight that must sustain, for which it maintains in the time load of breakup and unchanged diameters. This contributes to decrease the costs of maintenance not must it continually be in tension.
4) DURATION
AGROFIL is guaranteed against wear of the time and the corrosion from contact with pesticides, of common use, for 20 years from the assembly; even if our long experience (the first systems go back to 1974) make us to assert that of it can resist also 30 easy.
5) WORKABILITY
AGROFIL is particularly malleable, that allows to mount it also coiling it with extreme, without to use, therefore, clips.
6) WRAPPING
AGROFIL is manufactured in spools decided by the client, stackable on overexposeble pallet, from 500-1000 mt. This decreases in considerable way the volumes of store, and, in phase of assemblage, swarfs and unions (that they could surrender), with consequent reduction of the costs of management, assemblage and of the risks of yielding.
7) AESTHETICAL
AGROFIL is dressed in PVC to tall resistance, antifreeze and anti UV of bright and semitransparent green color that preserves it for 6 - 8 years from the oxidation making besides particularly visible also the thinnest measures.
8) INEXPENSIVENESS
AGROFIL allows to save on the costs of assemblage, maintenance and store and has indeed a cheap cost to linear meter!
