By taking advantage of specially designed elastic mechanical accessories, self adaptable while the vines grow, the following benefits are achieved:

• ·      Substantial minimization of labor forces
• ·      Simplification of the vineyard maintenance

• ·      Better and gradual exposition of the vines to the sun.

Benefits:

- 85 % of the vines fit perfeclty between the two wires while they grow unattended.

- Later, the remaining 15% is manually inserted inside the two wires, quickly and easily, thanks to the elastic spacers, and without breaking the vines which will then be available for the following year with no damages.

- The vines get a better sun exposition during the growing phase. Our spring are easily resuable for the samen type of vines and the same type of posts in another locatoin, if needed.

Instruction:

the mounting operation is very easy! As you can see in the following pictures the spacer spring with self locking system can be manufactured for any type of pole (round section, square section, triangular section).

The specially designed mechanical spacer is attached to the pole before the vines start to grow.

Thanks to this self securing system, once you have crossed the arms by hands, the spacer fits tightly to the post assuring an excellent

gripping ability.

All the spacers with self securing system wrap around the shape of the posts locking itself in a fixed postition. Once installed they do not slide down.

The iron Wires are then inserted in the buttonholes. When in the month of May the vegetation starts growing, thanks to the large distance between the two wires (45 cm), 85-90% of the vines grow automatically inside the two wires. Once the vines have grown up, it is a quick and easy job that of closing the wires using the spacers on each posts.
